At SiSU we believe in a holistic approach to your health and fitness. We know that fitness isn’t just about exercise but encompasses your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
That is why we have combined three pillars of health and wellness into the SiSU way. Rehab supports your journey to a healthy body whether that be from injury, illness or other lifestyle factors. Fitness is about pushing your healthy body with physical exercise. Wellbeing is about moving beyond the physical health and incorporating all other factors that contribute to a healthy life.

Exercise is at the core of what we do. At SiSU we focus on good movement, quality coaching and a supportive community. With a variety of classes on offer, no matter your fitness level, experience or interests, you will find a class to suit. We even have classes specifically for our new or injured members so that you’re supported at all times. Need something more personal? We offer 1:1 personal training so that you can work individually with our coaches to achieve your health and fitness goals.
Pain and injury happens to all of us. All of us at one stage will feel that uncomfortable feeling which is our bodies way of telling us there is something not quite right. At SiSU our team of Physiotherapists, massage therapists and personal trainers work with you to help you feel better. We believe pain and injury shouldn’t get in the way of your training goals. That is why we developed ModWOD – our group class run by a physiotherapist.
A healthy lifestyle encompasses physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Our health coaching programs offer a holistic approach to ensure your life is in balance. They key components that create a good life include physical activity, nutrition, mindset, relationships, sleep and purpose. Agatha will help you identify areas in your life that can be developed to assist you in achieving your ultimate outcomes.
