At SiSU aka CrossFit W.A.S. we truly believe that CrossFit is for everyone. All you need to do is look at our members – we’ve got teenagers to members in their 70’s, new mums, members recovering from injury, those who haven’t exercised in years and others who have been doing CrossFit for more than 10 years.
However, we realised that due to the variety of our members and the individual goals of each member we needed some structured variation in our classes. We developed a program that offers a CrossFit style for everyone.
All of our CrossFit classes offer variations to suit each individual from beginner to advanced, from those looking to get fitter, stronger or learn high level CrossFit skills. In any CrossFit you can choose between CrossFit Perform, CrossFit Move or CrossFit ModWOD for your perfect class.
Our CrossFit Kids classes are all about having fun! Our goal for these classes is to have kids being active, learning new skills, making friends all while having a great time. They will learn functional movements and will get a good workout, but our goal is for the kids to be excited about fitness and exercising and be wanting to come back for more.
CrossFit Classes are available for children aged 5 – 13 and runs the school term length (typically 8-10 weeks).
Our weightlifting classes are specialty classes that give our coaches the time to teach you how to perform the snatch, clean, and jerk safely, efficiently, and effectively.
In these classes you’ll break down the movements to improve your technique and learn how to perform these complex and powerful movements.
The yoga practice at SiSU is suitable for both new and experienced yogis and encompasses poses that improve both mobility and strength.
The practice also focuses on reminding participants of the importance of taking time out for relaxation and rejuvenation.
