Personal Health and Wellness Coaching

One on one coaching is truly life changing.

Offered either face to face or online, it all begins with an in-depth conversation about your concerns, current lifestyle and goals for a healthier and happier future.

Offered either face to face or online, it all begins with an in-depth conversation about your concerns, current lifestyle and goals for a healthier and happier future.
We tailor a coaching program that will suit you best, taking in to consideration your requirements and goals, time availability and budget.  A wellness program can range from just 2 sessions, through to fortnightly sessions for a 6 month period, or anything in between. 
These sessions are designed to allow you and your coach to work through different strategies, with the aim of implementing positive habits in your life.  Throughout the program, both short term and long terms goals will be set, reviewed and monitored.

Corporate Health and Wellness Coaching

We offer personalised corporate programs, created in collaboration with your organisation, based on what you wish to achieve.

These tailored programs can include a variety of services such as:

Community Workshops

Our community workshops range from 2 hours to an entire weekend. They have been designed to create an opportunity for our community to learn more about health and wellbeing in a fun group environment.

Each workshop has a specific focus and participants will be given practical tips that they can start using straight away to get one step closer to their goals.
