At SiSU, we take your safety and comfort very seriously. It is important that you are familiar with all of our policies and guidelines. If you have any questions about the policies or guidelines on this page, please don’t hesitate to get in touch at hello@wearesisu.com.au.

We know our SiSU community is filled with amazing people. However, we do have the following expectations that we ask our members to adhere to. It is at its core, our culture that brings out the best in each of us (mentally, physically and emotionally).  We call this, The SiSU Way.

Have fun. You’re here to work hard, kick goals and push yourself but at the end of the day we want you to be having fun.  Enjoy every moment and remind yourself how awesome it is to train with a bunch of like-minded people.

Celebrate success. Don’t be shy about smashing PR’s, kicking goals or achieving something new – we want you to celebrate your efforts.  While you’re at it, celebrate your fellow members success too; it keeps us all motivated!

Be humble.  Your only competition is you and even then competition doesn’t always have to be your focus. To give yourself the opportunity to grow, make sure you acknowledge your limitations, be open to feedback, and appreciate the value of all things. Most importantly live with the knowledge that we’re all working towards a better version of ourselves.

Be a team player. Fostering a community that’s second to none is a priority here at SiSU.  Every one of us has a common goal – we want to be better.  Showing your support, even in the smallest way, will have a huge positive impact on those around you.

Ask for help.  Learning how to train within your limits will mean you stay safe and reach your goals quicker – it’s a win-win!  If you’re ever unsure, our coaches are here to help you in any way they can. So please ask us for help. Not doing so puts you and others in our community at risk of injury.

Respect the coach. Listen and follow your coach; they are highly qualified and experienced.  Their job is to help keep you safe, help you break personal barriers and see you achieve your big goals.  Plus they get up at 4am every morning so you can get your workouts in before work. It’s a tough gig, so throw them a hi-five every now and then.

Be punctual. We’re all busy. Be respectful of those around you by being on time for every session.  Also, when you sign up, show up.

Be safe. Be cautious on the floor; there are weights and plenty of objects that can hurt you if you’re not doing the right thing.  Further, any injuries or niggles you may be experiencing shouldn’t be ignored – let your coach know.

Respect our home. Treat our space as you would your own. We ask that you please clean up after yourself, whether that be the equipment you used, or chalk marks you made.  You can leave your good vibes though, we’re always happy to have more of them around.

Watch your mini me’s. We welcome your little family members (humans and fur babies alike)  whilst you work out. However, we ask that you remain responsible for them at all times and therefore ensure they stay safe throughout their visit.

Waiver and Release of Liability

SiSU strongly recommend that you clear your participation in any new exercise program with your physician.

I ___________________________________, agree to participate in physical training sessions instructed by certified trainers at SiSU and/or trainers affiliated with SiSU.  I am fully aware some of these fitness sessions are of a nature and kind that are extremely strenuous and will push me to the limits of my physical abilities.

I am aware that there are significant risks involved in any physical training regimen, which may include, but are not limited to the following: Injury to the musculoskeletal and/or cardio respiratory systems, which can result in serious injury or death, injury or death due to negligence on the part of myself, my training partner, or other people around me, injury or death due to improper use or failure of equipment, or injury or death due to a medical condition, whether known or unknown by me. Injury may also result simply from the fact of physical training itself.

I am aware that any of these above mentioned risks may result in serious injury or death to myself and or my partner(s). I willingly assume full responsibility for the risks that I am exposing myself to and accept full responsibility for any injury or death that may result from participation in any activity or class while training with SiSU.

By its very nature, physical training seeks to have me push beyond my physical and mental limits in order to produce a physical adaptation by my body. This requires feedback from me to my trainer regarding what is happening with my body. Excessive work can result (in rare cases) in exertional rhabdomyolosis. I should look for signs of excessive soreness, darkened urine, and pain in the kidney areas in the days following a particularly intense workout. While this type of injury is rare, it can occur due to a number of factors, including (but not limited to) genetic predisposition, medication, or other factors that are beyond the control of my trainer.

I hereby certify that I know of no medical problems that would increase my risk of illness and injury as a result of participation in a fitness program designed by SiSU. I understand there exists the possibility of adverse physical changes during an exercise program. I fully understand that these changes could include abnormal blood pressure, fainting, disorder of heart rhythm, stroke, and in very rare instances, heart attack or even death. I understand that certain prescribed medications may exacerbate these physiological changes and create an even greater risk of physical damage or death.

I, the undersigned acknowledge that I have no physical condition, illness, or impairment that I know of that will endanger myself or others.

I willingly assume full responsibility for any and all risks that I am exposing myself to as a result of my participation in this training program and accept full responsibility for any injury or death that may result from my participation.

With my full understanding of the above information, I agree to assume any and all risks associated with my participation in this fitness program.


In full consideration of the above mentioned risks and hazards and in full consideration of the fact that I am willingly and voluntarily participating in the activities made available by SiSU, and with my full understanding of all of the above, I hereby waive, release, remise and discharge SiSU, its agents, partners, employees and volunteers, of any and all liability, claims, demands, action or rights of actions, or damages of any kind related to, arising from, or in any way connected with, my participation in the SiSU conditioning program/in this activity, including those allegedly attributed to the negligent acts or omissions of the above mentioned parties.

This agreement shall be binding upon me, my successors, representatives, heirs, executors, assigns, or transferees. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, I agree that the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full legal force and effect.

If I am signing on behalf of a minor child, I also give full permission for any person to administer first aid deemed necessary, and in case of serious illness or injury, I give permission to call for medical and or surgical care for the child and to transport the child to a medical facility deemed necessary for the well being of the child.


I recognize there is risk involved in the types of activities offered by SiSU. Therefore, I accept financial responsibility for any injury that I or the participant may cause either to him/herself or to any other participant due to his/her negligence. Should the above mentioned parties, or anyone acting on their behalf, be required to incur solicitor’s fees costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to reimburse them for such fees and costs. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless SiSU, their partners, agents, employees, and volunteers from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property that may result from my negligent or intentional act or omission while participating in activities offered by SiSU.

Photo / Video Release

I hereby grant SiSU permission to use my photograph/video image or photograph/video that contains images of me in any and all publications for SiSU, including on their websites or publications, without payment or any other consideration in perpetuity.

I hereby authorize SiSU to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute all photos and images. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my photo appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph or video images.

I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge SiSU from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf of on behalf of my estate which may have or may have by reason of this authorization.

I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release, and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.

I have fully read and fully understand the foregoing assumption of risk, and release of liability and I understand that by signing it obligates me to indemnify the parties named for any liability for injury or death of any person and damage to property caused by my negligent or intentional act or omission. I understand that by signing this form I am waiving valuable legal rights.

Our Commitment to You

Our promise to you is providing you with the highest quality of care in the most welcoming and supportive environment. However our commitment to you is based on more than just excellent care and customer service, which should be expected. SiSU values your Human Rights. Our clients receive respectful care and are not discriminated against on the basis of age, gender, ethnicity, beliefs, sexual preference or health status.

Services Provided:

SiSU obligations hereunder and the undersigned Members’ membership are conditioned upon the following:

  1. Member executing this Agreement and initializing as designated and
  2. Member otherwise complying with this Agreement (including, without limitation, the SiSU Way as defined below)

For purposes of the foregoing conditions, the term “member” shall include each individual ( i.e., spouse and children) included in a membership. Conditioned on the foregoing, operating hours, as established from time to time, and (b) participate in any one or more personal training or group classes offered by SiSU from time to time.

This is not an “open gym” format. By class or appointment-only training, unless otherwise noted.

The facility is located at the address of 4/84 Newmarket Road, Windsor 4030.

Membership Payment:

All fees and schedules are subject to change without notice.

There are no refunds for membership fees.

Memberships will be charged on the Membership start date and each corresponding date for the following months. For example if you sign up on the 14th of January you will be billed on the 14th of February, 14th of March, 14th of April etc.

All Membership package rates are per calendar month, paid monthly.

Members will be charged a failed payment fee of $10 for any debits that are returned by his/her/they financial institution as unpaid.

Membership fees are processed by Ezidebit. Members agree to the Ezidebit DDR Service Agreement terms and conditions which may vary, see https://www.ezidebit.com/en-au

Membership Freeze is available for 4 weeks as a general rule but we will consider a longer period where reasonable  (minimum of 2 weeks at a time) in a 12 month period with a fee of $5 for each week that you wish to freeze your membership.

 No Show/Late Cancellation Fee:

Members will be charged a No Show Fee of $10 for classes they have reserved, but never showed up to.

Members will be charged a $5 Late Cancellation Fee for canceling class reservations outside the allotted time window.


Compliance with Rules:

Member shall abide by all membership and facility rules and regulations established by SiSU, which may be posted at the facility, provided in writing, or issued orally and which may be amended from time to time in the sole discretion of SiSU (collectively, “The SiSU Way”). I agree that improper or unauthorized use of the facility or violation of the SiSU Way may result in member suspension or cancellation at SiSUs discretion.


This Agreement and the SiSU Way represent the complete understanding between Member and SiSU. No representations, written or oral, other than those contained in this contract are authorized or binding upon SiSU. Member understands that he/she/they is obligated to pay the membership fee regardless of whether Member uses the facility. Member agrees to promptly notify SiSU in writing of any changes of address, e-mail, phone, and/or billing information. At the end of the term of this membership contract, it shall continue in effect on a month to month basis unless new rates have been installed or the member provides notice of cancellation to terminate this contract.

Cancellation Rights:

The member may cancel this contract at any time; however members are not refunded for an unused time left on their purchased membership. [initial]

You have the right to see the physiotherapist of your choice, obtain a second opinion and refuse a treatment. Please see one of our staff members if you would like to provide feedback or make a complaint.

It is important to us that you reach your health goals but we can’t do it alone, we need your help. In order to achieve outstanding treatment results, we require an equal commitment from you. Take the time to read all of our Terms and Conditions as clarity, communication and understanding will ensure that we’re always on the same page and achieving the best outcome possible. It is important that you are honest with us as sometimes missing pieces of information can make a big difference to your outcomes.

All of our professional recommendations are based on the information provided by you, an objective and expert physiotherapy examination and the specific goals determined by you and your physiotherapist. It is important to understand our Terms and Conditions and for you to acknowledge that ultimately, it is your responsibility to follow our advice and avoid situations that may aggravate your condition. We acknowledge an infinite number of variables can impact on the outcomes of any treatment program.

We are confident that if you follow our recommendations and any further opinions subsequent to reviews that may occur periodically throughout the term of your treatment, then we can help you to achieve outstanding results.

Fees and your account

Fees for private patients are due at the time of service. HICAPS and EFTPOS facilities are available at the front desk for automatic claiming through your private health fund (if applicable). Please note that we have a gap payment for all Third Party Insurers, WorkCover and Medicare and as such accounts are to be settled in full at the time of consultation and you are responsible for contacting your case manager for full or partial reimbursement. DVA patient accounts will be sent directly to the appropriate body.


If you have been referred by another member of your healthcare team (for example your personal trainer or GP) we’d like to keep them informed of your progress throughout your healthcare journey. The best way for you to get better is when we all work together. So please tell us if you have been referred by another health practitioner, and if you’re happy for us to do so, we’d like to keep in contact with them.

Appointment Scheduling

To make sure you get the most out of each and every visit we only ever schedule one person at a time with each of our clinicians (unless of course you’ve booked in for a group class!) – you get our undivided attention for the entire length of your consultation.

After your appointment your clinician will outline a recommended action plan for you. You will achieve the maximum results when you keep your recommended action plan to this schedule. Therefore, to receive the most out of your care and ensure we are available to see you when you need us, we ask that you please schedule your appointments in advance where appropriate.


Healthcare treatments such as Physiotherapy treatments are generally an effective and safe form of treatment however like any treatment there are benefits and risks. The purpose of this form is to let you know what your rights are and how we address the issue of a collaborative decision making and informed consent between the clinician and patient.

The clinicians in this practice will discuss your condition and options for treatment with you so that you are appropriately informed and can make decisions relating to treatment. You may choose to consent or refuse any form of treatment for any reason.

Once you have given consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

Questions of a personal nature

Your clinician may ask personal questions relating to your injury and how your injury impacts on your ‘activities of daily living’. The more information you provide, the more likely it is that the clinician can provide effective treatment. It is your choice as to what information you choose to provide. If you feel uncomfortable with a particular question or group of questions, please let the clinician know and they will cease treatment.

Physical contact

During the examination, assessment and treatment it may be necessary for your clinician to make physical contact. Your clinician will ask your permission before making physical contact with you. Physical contact requires your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time at which point, all physical contact will cease immediately. Please inform your clinician if you feel uncomfortable at any time.

Risk related to treatment

As with all forms of treatment, there are risks and benefits. The clinician will discuss any foreseeable risks with you prior to administering treatment. In some cases, the clinician may ask you to read information related to a particular treatment and they may request that you sign a further consent form. This is to ensure that you fully understand any risks involved. You may withdraw your consent at any time even if you have previously signed a consent form.

Children and minors

Consent from a custodial parent is required to treat a minor.

Substituted Consent

Where a person is incapable of understanding the risks and benefits of treatment, consent may be provided by another person legally authorised to provide such consent. Evidence of legal authorisation is required in such circumstances.

You need to let us know

The risk related to some treatments can increase if the clinician is not aware of certain facts. Please inform the clinician if you have any medical conditions or are taking any medication.

Group Classes

We appreciate a minimum of 12 hours notice for cancellations of your spot in one of our group classes.

  1. It is expected that if you cannot keep your spot in a group class, that notice is given as soon as possible, by cancelling your booking with the Wodify App. If, for some reason, you can not cancel through the Wodify App, please call or email us (leave a message if after hours).
  2. If less than twelve (12) hours notice is given, a $20 cancellation fee may apply.
  3. For members on our 3 sessions/week plan, if less than twelve (12) hours notice is given, that session will be included as one of your allocated 3 sessions for that week.
  4. In the event that cancellations become a regular occurrence, SiSU
    may limit your ability to book into particular classes. .

Physiotherapy, Health and Wellness Coaching, Personal Training

Failure to attend scheduled appointments not only disrupts your progress but also takes the spot of another client who may have been able to attend in your place. It is because of this we take cancellations, late arrivals and missed appointments seriously.


We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment. We appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations.

  1. It is expected that if you cannot keep an appointment with us, that notice is given as soon as possible by calling or emailing SiSU and leaving a message if after hours.
  2. If less than twenty four (24) hours notice is given, the full consultation fee will apply. However, provision of an alternative appointment within 24 hours, but at a time of our convenience, will be made in an attempt to provide continuation of treatment.
  3. In the event a late cancellation is received, and you do not accept our offer of an alternative appointment, payment in full is expected within forty-eight (48) hours, otherwise an administration fee may apply.
  4. Cancellations can be received via email hello@wearesisu.com.au or
    phone less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment.
  5. In the event that cancellations become a regular occurrence SiSU
    may require you to pre-pay for your appointment before a booking can be made.

Late and Missed Appointments

  1. If you arrive late to an appointment, but within your appointed time slot, you may receive a shorter consultation in an effort not to inconvenience other clients waiting.
  2. If you either arrive after or entirely miss an appointment, you will be charged the consultation fee in full.
  3. If you call the practice to arrange an alternative time to occur within twenty-four (24) hours of your missed appointment, you will be eligible for an appointment at no charge, but at a time of our convenience.
  4. Irrespective of an alternative appointment being offered, if payment is not received in full within twenty four (24) hours, an administration fee will apply. Consideration may be given for unavoidable circumstances.

Day to day operations

  • Staff and visitors to SiSU are required to follow all current government directives
  • Check in QLD app – code 558385
  • Cleaning of equipment at the end of each class
  • Cleaning high touch areas twice a day
  • Sanitsation stations available and regular use is encouraged for staff and visitors

In the event of a government mandated lockdown

  • Staff and visitors to SiSU are required to follow all established government directives including but not limited to using the Check in QLD app, wearing face masks and sanitising hands on arrival
  • Services will be suspended in accordance to government directives
  • In the event of a lockdown of 5 business days or less:
    • Classes will be moved to an online format
    • Times for classes and types of classes will be dependent on requests and demand. Members are encouraged to be involved in the decision making process by providing feedback on this, when requested, on each occasion.
    • Where reasonably practicable, equipment will be available to borrow from SiSU for the duration of the lockdown period. Please note the coaches will have final say on what equipment can be taken. Any equipment that is not returned or is returned damaged will need to be replaced at the expense of the member who signed the equipment out.
    • Members will not receive a refund or compensation of any type for lockdowns of 5 business days or less.
    • Members may put a hold on their membership during the lockdown period. SiSU must be notified in writing of such a request, by the member. A membership hold can not be backdated and will commence on the date the request is made or on a future date as stated in the request. However please note the usual terms and conditions will apply including but not limited to a minimum of 2 weeks hold.
  • In the event of a lockdown of more than 5 business days:
    • SiSU will work with members to provide an appropriate alternative to group training which may include 1:1 personal training sessions or 1:1 exercise sessions with our physiotherapist. These services will be available in accordance with government directives. Membership fees will not be refunded or compensated if members choose to use this service.
    • Classes will be moved to an online format. Memberships may be compensated at an amount decided by SiSU depending on the circumstances surrounding each separate lockdown event.
    •  Members may put a hold on their membership during the lockdown period. SiSU must be notified in writing of such a request, by the member. A membership hold can not be backdated and will commence on the date the request is made or on a future date as stated in the request. However please note the usual terms and conditions will apply including but not limited to a minimum of 2 weeks hold.

SiSU is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your personal and health information.

This Privacy and Confidentiality Policy explains how the SiSU manages the personal information that we collect, use and disclose and how to contact us if you have any questions regarding the management of your personal information.

All personal health information held by SiSU is treated confidentially. SiSU is committed to ensuring that all personal and health information is only collected, disclosed, used and stored in accordance with the National Privacy Principles (NPP) set out under the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 and is available through the website of the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

The NPP regulate the manner in which personal information is handled, from collection, to use and disclosure, storage, accessibility and disposal. SiSU is also required to comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) (Spam Act) and the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth) (Do Not Call Register Act)

What is Personal Information?

‘Personal information’ is any information or an opinion, in any form and whether true or not, about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable from the information or opinion ascertained. Examples include an individual’s name, address, contact number and email address.

Special provisions apply to the collection of personal information which is defined as sensitive information. Sensitive information includes the collection of Health Information for use by a Health Service.

What is Health Information?

‘Health Information’ is defined to be:
Information or an opinion, that is also personal information, about:
The health or a disability (at any time) of an individual, or

An individual’s expressed wishes about the future provision of health services to him or her, or

A health service provided, or to be provided to an individual, or Other personal information collected to provide, or in providing, a health service.

Examples of Health Information SiSU may collect include:

  • Clinical notes of an individual’s symptoms, diagnosis and the treatment given
  • Specialist reports and test results
  • Appointment and billing details
  • Prescriptions and other pharmaceutical purchases
  • An individual’s healthcare identifier when it is collected to provide a health service
  • Any other personal information (such as information about an individual’s race, sexuality, religion, date of birth, gender) reasonably necessary to provide a health service.

What is a Health Service?

‘Health Service’ is defined to mean:

An activity performed in relation to an individual that is intended or claimed (expressly or otherwise) by the individual or the person performing it:

To assess, record, maintain or improve the individual’s health, or

To diagnose the individual’s illness or disability, or

To treat the individual’s illness or suspected illness or disability

The Privacy Act applies to all organisations that provide a health service, including Allied Health professionals. SiSU will only handle the minimum amount of health information reasonably necessary to provide the required health service.

Collection of Personal Information

To the extent required by the Privacy Act:

  • SiSU will not collect personal information about you unless that information is necessary for one or more of our functions or activities.
  • SiSU will collect personal information only by lawful and fair means and not in an unreasonably intrusive manner.

When SiSU collects personal information directly from you, we will take reasonable steps at or before the time of collection to ensure that you are aware of the purposes of collection, any other organisations (or types of organisations) to which we would usually disclose information of that kind, detail on how you access the information and how to contact us.

Use and Disclosure of Personal and Health Information by SiSU

The personal information you provide to SiSU will be collected for the primary purpose of providing high quality health care. If SiSU uses or discloses your personal and/or health information for a purpose (secondary purpose) other than the main reason for which it was originally collected (primary purpose), to the extent required by the Privacy Act, we will ensure that:

  • The secondary purpose is related to the primary purpose (and directly related in the case of sensitive information) and you would reasonably expect that SiSU would use or disclose your information in that way;
  • You have consented to the use and disclosure of your personal and/or health information for the secondary purpose.

Where required, personal and/or health information will be disclosed as required or authorised by or under law or as otherwise permitted by the Privacy Act.

Why does SiSU collect Personal and Health Information?

SiSU collects personal and/or health information for a range of purposes including:

  • The provision of high quality health care
  • To administer accounts and process payments
  • To communicate with you regarding any issues affecting your treatment
  • Provide information on services and benefits available to Clients
  • To notify Clients of promotions and events
  • To use for research purposes, case conferences, in study groups and at seminars (please note in these instances, all personal information will be de-identified).

From time to time, SiSU will contact its Clients and non-Clients whose personal information has been collected for a range of reasons including:

  • Appointment Reminders
  • Appointment Follow Ups
  • Marketing and promotional material about new products, services or special offers
  • Periodic Newsletters
  • Practice Updates
  • To provide you with information about the current and future benefits of being a SiSU client
  • Market research or surveys to improve our products and services.

You can let us know at any time if you do not wish to be contacted for any of these purposes. If you originally provide consent, your consent will remain current until you advise us otherwise.

How might we contact you?

We might contact you in a number of ways including:

  • Mail
  • Email
  • Telephone
  • Social Media (Facebook, Instagram etc)


We will not send you any commercial electronic messages such as emails or Facebook / Instagram posts unless this is permitted by the Spam Act.

Any commercial electronic message that we send will identify SiSU as the sender and will include our contact details. The message will also provide an unsubscribe facility.

If you do not wish to receive commercial electronic messages from us, please let us know.

Do Not Call Register

We will not call you on a number listed on the Do Not Call Register unless this is permitted under the Do Not Call Register Act. If you do not wish us to call you on a particular number, please let us know.

When does SiSU disclose Personal/Health Information to Third Parties?

In performing our functions and activities, we may need to disclose personal and/or health information to third parties. Third parties may include, where appropriate:

  • Other members of your treating team where necessary
  • Other health care professionals, if in our judgement that is necessary in the context of your treatment
  • Financial institutions for payment processing
  • Government and other regulatory bodies such as Department of Veterans Affairs, Transport Accident bodies and Workers Compensation bodies
  • Your employer, where required and permissible in relation to a work related injury.

Data Quality and Security

To the extent required by the Privacy Act, SiSU will take reasonable steps to:

  • Make sure that the personal and health information we collect, use and disclose is complete, accurate and up to date.
  • Protect the personal and health information that we hold from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
  • Destroy or permanently de-identify personal and health information that is no longer needed for any purpose that is permitted by the Privacy Act.

Access and Correction of your Personal Information

Please contact SiSU if you would like to access or correct the personal information that we hold about you. SiSU will generally provide you with access to your personal information (although a fee may be charged) and will take reasonable steps to amend any personal information that is incorrect.

Current Promotional Offers Terms and Conditions

60 minute massage for the price of a 30 minute massage with Kunga.

  • The cost of the promotional 60 minute massage is $65
  • This offer is limited to one offer per person
  • This offer is available for massage booked and received between 21 June and July 31 2021 but is subject to change or termination earlier, without notice.

These terms and conditions apply to all promotions run by SiSU. Unless specifically stated otherwise:

  1. Offer not valid with any other offer.
  2. Offer is limited to one offer per person.
  3. Offers are only available at the SiSU promoting the offer. If a practice changes ownership, offers made by the former ownership are void.
  4. Any discounts are off the standard pricing for the product or service.
  5. Not redeemable for cash or products.
  6. Pricing relating to any offer is valid only at the time of publication and is subject to change or termination without notice.
  7. ‘New’ clients – means anyone that has never received services at the facility before.
  8. To ensure the benefit of the offer is passed on to you, please confirm that you are claiming the offer when booking, or with the practice reception at time of arrival.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 3 years from date of purchase, and all bookings (including Gift Vouchers with multiple sessions) must be made within this period. Gift Vouchers are for single person use only.

All services by SiSU are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking.

Acceptance of the Gift Voucher as payment is subject to final verification by SiSU upon receipt of Gift Voucher at the time of service.

Gift Vouchers may be used for payment of services at SiSU nominated on the Gift Voucher.

Should the total spend be more than the value of the Gift Voucher, SiSU will invoice for the difference and this must be paid before the commencement of the service.

The original Gift Voucher must be presented at the beginning of your service. If the Gift Voucher cannot be produced then payment must be made for the service booked. In this instance the Gift Voucher can be used at a future date (before the expiry date).

Should the expiry date lapse, for a small administration fee; an extension may be made (this must be done prior to the expiry date).

Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. Credit may be given on the unused portion of the Gift Voucher (if applicable) at the discretion of SiSU.

Gift Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed, photocopied or altered in any way and will not be accepted by SiSU or be otherwise redeemable.

Terms are void where prohibited by law. Terms and Conditions of all Gift Vouchers are governed by the laws of Queensland.
